Start up physical check and body analyser and measurement. Chest, Biceps, waist, hips.
Running 3 Km, Max push ups 1 minutes. Jump squats max 1min minutes, pull ups max 1 minutes. 2 Minutes Max speed rowing.
Body analyzer, measurements. waist, chest, hips, biceps.
